Fire Resistant Metal Doors, briefly fire doors; They are standard size doors that are produced as 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes fire resistant. In addition to these, as IQDoors, we can manufacture doors with the same configuration as fire escape or multi-purpose sheet metal doors in non fireproof format.
Fire doors can be used with a wide range of accessories and hardware such as handles, locks, panic bars, hinges, hydraulic door closers, magnetic locks, magnetic door holders, door stoppers, depending on the project, site, area of use and location. We generally preffer Turkey, Germany or England's accessories for the doors.
It is also possible to manufacture metal fire doors in special sizes in accordance with the project requirements and conditions. Sheet metal fire doors can be painted in the desired RAL colors. The electrostatic paint ovens we have used are a high-tech surface coating (painting) process and provide superior resistance against corrosion and scratches.
Fire doors supplied or manufactured by IQDoors have been tested and certified according to various norms such as EN, BS, UL, NFPA. Metal fire doors, which can be stainless or electrostatic painted, can have E class and EI class fire resistances. The doors are in resistance classes such as EI2 30, EI2 60, EI2 90 or E60, E120. we give a written certificate that reports door's fire rate with each door we sell. There is the date of manufacture, fire resistance period, certificate number and serial number printed on the metal plaque on each door
